For wedding planners and day-of coordinators
Stop emailing "timeline_FINAL_v7.pdf" to twelve vendors
Build the wedding-day timeline once. The photographer, DJ, caterer and florist each get a personal link with just their call times and cues. The couple sees the whole day. When a time changes, every link is up to date, with no new PDF to send.
How it works
1
Build the day once
Add each moment with a time, length, place and the vendors involved. Start from your last wedding instead of a blank page.
2
Share one link per vendor
The DJ sees the entrances and the first dance. The caterer sees service times. The photographer sees the shot windows. Nobody scrolls through other people's cues.
3
Change a time, everyone has it
Ceremony pushed 15 minutes? Edit it once and every link shows the new time. Anyone can still print or save a PDF for the day.
Why not a Google Doc?
A shared document works until the third version. After that, vendors print an old copy, the DJ never sees the ceremony move, and you're answering "what time do you need me?" by text the night before. A call sheet gives each vendor their own view that's always current, and it still prints.
Questions
Do vendors or couples need an account?
No. They open their link in any browser. Only you, the planner, sign in.
What if the venue has no signal?
Each view can be saved as a PDF or printed, and the page keeps working once it has loaded.
Does it replace HoneyBook or my CRM?
No. It does one job, the day-of timeline, and sits next to whatever you use for contracts and invoices.
When does it launch?
We're building it now and will email the waitlist first. We'll ask a few planners how they build timelines today before we build the first version.
